Beginning in July we will be discovering how we need the wisdom revealed in Paul’s letter
to the Colossians. Everyday we face the reality of a world that is hostile to the truth
of the gospel. We will see that things are not all that different from Paul’s day as he
provides instruction to the church at Colosse, teaching how to deal with false doctrines.
We will discover the reality of Christian unity as we see Paul’s struggle to communicate
truth to his brothers and sisters in Christ, a struggle he gladly undertakes for people
he’s never even met. Most importantly we will discover truth’s about Christ that will
give us the assurance of his power and authority over all created things. All hail to Jesus.
